Definition
Located in Colmar since 1990, the SCDAT, besides its primary treatment mission, is mainly a meeting place to exchange points of view. This is fundamentally needed to properly manage the medico-psycho-social needs of the individual.

Activities

• A friendly walk-in place, with a team of professionnals and volonteers,
• Walk-in service and cannabis information on duty every Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon,
• Documentation available on addictive practices and related infectious risks,
• Listening, information and orientation towards the health and social organization,
• Substitution treatment for opiates based on Methadone or Subutex®,
• Medical, psychological, social and educational management,
• A structure of seven therapeutic flats located in Colmar and Mulhouse,
• Nursing care,
• Screening for AIDS and hepatitis B and C,
• Support in jails and custody,,
• Awareness and prevention directed to the general public, entreprises and the young.
